I'm Shivani, an Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer with over a decade of experience helping people learn, grow, and perform at their best.

Growing up, I loved games. They sparked curiosity, rewarded exploration, and made learning feel effortless. It often made me wonder: what if learning felt more like playing a great game? Today, that question drives how I design learning experiences through storytelling, interactivity, gamification, and emerging technologies.

My career has taken me across industries, roles, cities, and countries; from aviation and hospitality to vocational education and corporate learning. Each experience has taught me to be adaptable, resilient, and open to new ideas, new challenges, and new people.

I believe the best learning happens when people are actively involved: making decisions, solving problems, and discovering answers for themselves.

Outside of work, I love exploring new places, gaining fresh perspectives, and capturing moments through the lens of an amateur photographer. For me, both travel and learning share something in common: they expand how we see the world and what's possible within it.
