Project Overview
This personal innovation project explores an alternative to conventional slide-based leadership training. Instead of progressing through a linear presentation, learners move through a jungle-inspired environment, encounter communication situations, and discover content through exploration.
The concept is designed to test how visual storytelling, game-inspired navigation, and learner agency can make leadership communication feel more active and memorable.

The video demonstrates the look, pacing, movement, and environmental style of the prototype.
Learning Design Intent
- Encourage active exploration rather than passive content consumption.
- Use environmental cues and storytelling to create context for communication decisions.
- Introduce game-inspired movement and discovery without losing the learning purpose.
- Create a memorable visual identity that supports curiosity and learner motivation.
- Test how leadership concepts could be embedded within an interactive scenario framework.
Why It Sits in the Innovation Lab
This is an experimental personal project rather than commissioned organisational work. It demonstrates curiosity, rapid prototyping, gamification, visual storytelling, and a willingness to explore emerging approaches to digital learning.
